How to meditate to see results within 7 days


               Meditation is universal Not about the beliefs of any religion. And not about race or ethnicity in any way. Humanity is what everyone should learn for themselves. You can meditate anywhere. Invite you to prove that meditation is good for life.




  



Step Meditation to see results within 7 days
(some might people start to take effect only 3 days)

1. From the first day to meditate. You keep a clear mind.  To stop refuge for them that will come into your mind.
